"Somebody that I used to know"

Happy Turkey Day people!

Gobble, gobble and all that:)
I thought I'd show off some funny Turkey Day pictures I found online, you know, as a way to celebrate the holiday.
Enjoy!

Continuing on with the special week of all-new skits, I've been saving the best for last. Well at least I think it's the best of the bunch so far.

So, without further ado, prepare yourself for the funny, and enjoy:)

Oh come on, how can that last part not be funny:)
Oh, and for the record, FDR's one of my favorite presidents too.

Don't eat too much, unless there's many, many toilets free in the house.
Have a good one people.......

speaking of FDR i work as a deck hand sometimes on his personal yacht (when he was alive) the U.S.S Potomac. it's still in service today as a ship that takes people around the S.F. Bay. but it's also considered a historical land mark. first ship i ever had a paying gig on: http://www.usspotomac.org/

That is pretty cool. Damn, to think of all the history attached to that thing. If that yacht could talk right?

Ha-Ha! My man Kraven!

@Omega, you know it'd be even funnier if it really happened in official MU continuity. But just for me, it really happened anyway:)

that song you named your posting title after is so true to life it's eerie. have you ever listened carefully to the lyrics? it's almost unreal how when a relationship goes so bad that you have to make a clean break with the person. and over time that person you were so connected to at one time now becomes just somebody you used to know just like the title of that song. reality is fucked up sometimes.

Brother, you're preaching to the choir! That song has come to slowly, but surely define my relationship w/my ex as well, so I hear ya'. Creepy indeed:(

Oddly enough, I was just using the title for the skit, and not for the literal meaning of the song. It just sounded like a good idea at the time.

That Kraven is awesome! Tattoo's of past presidents. What would a drunken night be without them?

As for the song - me I get creeped out by the video to it. Don't know why - just creepier then Hannibal Lector smilin at you. Tis all I'm sayin :)

@Dan, Ha ha, yeah I figured what could be more funnier than the old comedic stand by of getting tattoo while shit-faced. It's a time-honored tradition after all, so who says Bucky didn't get one for realz?

Also considering how old Kraven is/was after his inclusion in the 1959 Avengers storyline, who's to say they didn't really team-up after all? Sounds like a winning idea that Brubaker could've come up with himself? I'll take that royalty check now Marvel, or at the very least, a no-prize:)

As for the video, I loved it myself, since it's definitely one of the most original and creative modern videos to come out in a long while. Oh and that Kimbra's fucking hot!!!!!

"Closing time. You don't have to go home but you can't stay here."

Well..... I kinda always knew this day would come, and it sure has. It's been a hell of a ride, but it's time to for it end. Ti...
